What’s on the ATI TEAS Math Test?
The ATI TEAS is required for admission to most nursing and allied-health programs. The current version is TEAS 7.
The math section has 38 questions (34 scored) in 57 minutes, organized into two areas: Numbers & Algebra (whole numbers, fractions, decimals, percentages, ratios, proportions, and solving equations) and Measurement & Data (unit conversions, geometry, interpreting tables and graphs, and basic statistics).
A four-function on-screen calculator is provided, so accuracy and setup matter more than mental arithmetic.
Scoring: the TEAS reports a percentage score per section. Programs set their own required scores — many look for roughly 60–70%+ overall, with competitive programs wanting more — so check your school’s cutoff.
